Our Unsweetened Chocolate Dukkah is an extremely wonderful dukkah full of texture, nuts and chocolately taste. This is a sweet dukkah but it is not sugary like chocolate. This is due to the inclusion of cacao nibs rather than chocolate. Cacao nibs are even better than dark chocolate. They have a great chocolately taste but are not as sweet as chocolate. These nibs come from the cocoa beans that have been roasted and then separated from the husk before being severed into smaller pieces.

Included in this Dukkah are 3 types of nuts; hazelnut, pistachio and macadamia nuts. Add shredded coconut and some natural paella sugar for depth.

Excellent on ice cream, this sweet Dukkah is chocolately without being sugary which makes this perfect on many frozen desserts. Breakfast toppers, alternative crumbles, for use with fruit and as a snack. The uses are many. Good shelf life, use and return when needed.
