This Dukkah is prepared specifically for lamb. While mint is common in many Dukkah we have taken this further as a special blend and created a pistachio and mint Dukkah that is just perfect as a lamb crust.

Picture your lamb searing away coated with a minty nut crust. Added to this crust is also rosemary, smoked Australian rock salt, pepper, garlic & chilli. It is the perfect accompaniment for your lamb.

It is equally good to use as a seasoning for lamb should you want this on top rather than coated.
