This sweet Dukkah is perfect with honey on multigrain flatbread – this sweet toasted Dukkah is more than meets the eye. You can almost imagine late night Cairo food markets serving this with honey and hot tea. On the face it is a nutty rose petal Dukkah, however what this toasted blend has is a couple of secret ingredients! This blend has unique background flavours of toasted cardamon & fennel seeds as well as toasted sesame. Both the cardamon & fennel seed add unique musk and aniseed flavours to the Dukkah which really add something special.

Whilst this is noted as a sweet Dukkah it is broadly neutral. The sesame, cardamon & fennel seeds add a level of charm and musk which can also work with a number of savoury and middle eastern foods.

Recommended for natural yoghurts, cakes and breads and for use in breakfast cereals as an excellent topper. As a sweet version of traditional dukkah replace the oil with honey and enjoy.
